Pay: $15/hour | Paid every two weeks (Fridays)
Hours: Weekdays only, typically 7:00–8:00 am to 3:00–4:00 pm (30-minute paid lunch)
We’re looking for flexible, dependable SOS Team Members to join our crew at Gift Box Love Co. This role is part of our support team that jumps in when we need extra help — sometimes for a single day, sometimes for several days in a row, depending on the season. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas are our busiest times of the year, and our SOS Team helps us deliver beautifully packaged, heartfelt gifts right on time.
The SOS Team typically gets called on for 3–7 shifts a week, and you can pick up whichever shifts fit your schedule. Shifts are posted in a group chat whenever extra help is needed. The role is very flexible; some of our SOS members are retired and even take a month off here or there.
Sort the day’s orders into box piles
Assemble gift boxes and prepare them for shipping
Assist with production tasks like filling body butters, sugar scrubs, and pouring candles
Support the team with other light packaging and organizing tasks as needed
Work environment: Lots of standing, light physical tasks, and a friendly, fun atmosphere
Team: 7 full-time staff plus 4–7 SOSers — we’re warm, inviting, and love working together
Training: No prior experience needed — everything is easy to learn and we’ll show you how
Flexibility: Choose the shifts that work best for you through group chat

In the beginning, Gift Box Love Co was a one-woman show, fueled by my unwavering dedication and enthusiasm. However, as our company blossomed, I am incredibly fortunate to now have the privilege of running this venture with my loving husband. We first met in college and have been happily married for 19 wonderful years. Together, we bring a shared passion for creating extraordinary gifting experiences for our cherished customers.
Nestled in the serene countryside on our little acreage, we find inspiration in the beauty of nature and the joys of a simple, fulfilling life. When we're not crafting and curating delightful gift boxes, we cherish precious moments with our three amazing boys.
