We do not include any pricing or receipts with any of our packages.

Because many of our items are personalized and made just for you, we do not accept returns. That said, if something isn’t quite right with your order, please reach out — we’re here to help and want to make it right! 💛

I ordered a box and need to change the address it’s being sent to – what should I do?

No worries — it happens! 📦 Just refer to your purchase confirmation email, where you’ll find a link to update the shipping address. This change must be made within 2 hours of placing your order, so don’t wait too long. After that, our team may have already started packing your gift!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to spread the love a little farther in the future, so stay tuned! 🇺🇸💌

Do you ship to APO or PO Boxes?

Yes, we sure do! 💌 We’re happy to ship to APO addresses and PO Boxes using USPS so your gift can reach wherever it needs to go — even across the globe for our service members. ✈️📦

My package was marked as “delivered” but I can’t find it.

If your package shows as “delivered” but you can’t find it, don’t worry — this happens sometimes and it usually turns up quickly. Here are a few steps to try first:

- Double-check the delivery address on your order confirmation.

- Look around your property (porch, garage, side door, or mailbox) — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots.

- Ask neighbors or household members in case it was left nearby or received on your behalf.

- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number — they can often provide more detail about the exact drop-off location.

If you still aren’t able to locate your package, please reach out to us with your order number and shipping address so we can assist. If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, we can help you file a quick claim for a replacement.

My gift arrived damaged or was missing items.

Oh no — that’s not the experience we want for you! 💔 If your gift arrived damaged or something was missing, please contact us right away at info@giftboxloveco.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!

What happens if my box gets returned to you due to an address error on my end?

If your box comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, don’t worry — we can reship it for a $15 shipping fee. Since all of our boxes are made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds once an order has been packed. If you realize there's an address issue, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can help fix it before it ships! 📦💌

Can I send a gift box directly to a hospital?

Absolutely! We regularly ship gifts to hospitals across the country.

Keep in mind that all major shipping carriers deliver packages to the hospital's receiving or mail department—not directly to patient rooms. From there, hospital staff route the package to the recipient. Delivery times within the hospital can vary depending on the facility, patient room changes, or discharge timing.

For the best experience, please include the recipient's full name, hospital name, and room number or department (if known). If your loved one is expected to return home within a few days, shipping directly to their home may be the better option.
