I ordered this as a gift for my mom after a loss of a loved one. It was just the pick-me-up she needed. High quality products and cute packaging. It arrived on her doorstep after only 5 days. Unfortunately one of the items I added was out of stock so they sent an alternative. When I reached out to customer service they immediately offered a refund or to send the original item once it came back in. We opted for the 2nd option and it also arrived very quickly. I will definitely keep these gift boxes in mind in the future, very cute, affordable, and good customer service go a long way!
