Such a wonderful way to send love and hugs and sympathy to my loved ones after the passing of Popz. It was so much much more thoughtful and much more special and filled with love and practical than a flat text message, or flowers that wilt and die, and just leave a mess and ugliness. It meant so much to me and warmed my heart to come across your company as I lay in my hospital bed after suffering a stroke, then a couple weeks later Popz passes away, and I can’t be there to hug or anything so, coming across the hugs and love boxes and being able to customize it to be the perfect combination of lovely items that are very much like I am there giving them are warm and loving embrace.
So for that, I thank you. It lifted my spirits to know that with your help, I was able to bring some love and hugs to them, in sorrowful times. Popz’s absence I will feel too.
I will definitely be coming back to visit your online store in the future, to build more loving and caring boxes in times when they are needed, no doubt. And I will absolutely be sharing my great experience with customer service as well, when I just reached out, really to have someone to chat with because I was all alone in the hospital bed, just finding out about the passing of my favorite Popz, and feeling such grief and powerlessness
I had emailed about hoping to get photos of the gift box I had purchased, but ended up way over sharing, but then relief because that was the first time I spoke on it or cried and allowed myself to really realize it all. Because o had just has a stroke and was in inpatient rehab, I hadn’t even had a chance to process it yet. The customer service person who replied to me was lovely and compassionate and worded their response very eloquently and comforting.
